Returns/Exchanges

Due to the hand-made nature of our products, all sales are final. 

We understand that selling candles over the internet is challenging since you can’t smell through your screen (but boy howdy once you can we’ll be on that technology) so we suggest you buy the Sample Set to try before you buy.

Processing Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received. It takes from 6-8 days to make and pack an order. 

Products Damaged During Shipment

If your shipment arrives damaged or broken, you are entitled to an exchange or refund so long as you submit pictures of the broken item(s) to hello @ rosmarinocandles . com or via the contact page within 72 hours of receiving the package.

Shipping Methods

Orders  ship with the most cost effective carrier (usually USPS or UPS Ground).

To request a specific carrier, contact hello@rosmarinocandles.com ASAP once your order is placed.

Stolen Packages

Shipping carriers’ insurance does not cover a package once it has been marked delivered, so if you have porch pirates in your neighborhood, please ensure you’re delivering your package to a safe address. We are not responsible for stolen goods!
