Refund policy

Due to the hand-made nature of our products, all sales are final. 

We understand that selling candles over the internet is challenging since you can’t smell through your screen (but boy howdy once you can we’ll be on that technology) so we suggest you buy the Scent Sample Set to try before you buy.

If your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact us ASAP. Refunds or replacements will only be allowed if we are contacted within 72 hours or order receipt. Photo evidence of damage is required.
