Shipping policy

At this time, we only ship to the USA.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing (creating and packing) an order is taking 4-5 business days at this time.

Packages ship via USPS (or UPS Ground). If a certain carrier does not service your home, let us know ASAP once your order has been placed.

In order to keep our pricing affordable, we use whatever method is cheapest, not fastest. Once your package leaves our facility, it's out of our hands (literally) and there's nothing we can do about the speed at which it arrives.

Rosmarino Candles is NOT responsible for packages that are not received due to an incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to us, it can be resent at the expense of the customer.

In the cases of stolen packages, Rosmarino Candles is willing to reship the box at 50% of the cost of the original order, plus shipping, AFTER the customer has filed a missing mail report with their post office.
